Spalam castravetii si ii curatam de coaja. Ii taiem in 4 le
lungime, le indepartam semintele si ii taiem in bucati de 1 cm. Introducem
castravetii in apa clocotita usor sarata si ii fierbem 10 minutte pana devin
sticlosi. Ii scoatem si ii lasam la scurs. Punem zaharul intr-o cratita,
adaugam apa = 3/4 pahar, adaugam zeama si coaja de lamaie si fierbem totul pana
obtinem un sirop gros. Adaugam castravetii in sirop si ii fierbem 10 minute.
Punem apoi dulceata fierbinte in borcane si le inchidem.
