Chiftelute marinate in sos alb

Ingrediente: -chiftele: 600 gr carne tocata
                                       1 ceapa mica
                                       2 felii de paine
                                       1 ou
                                       1 ceasca de lapte
                                       sare, piper
                                       ulei de prajit
                                       1 legatura patrunjel tocat

                      -sosul: 2 lg unt
                                  2 lg faina
                                  150 ml supa
                                  200 ml smantana 
                                  sare, piper

Amestecam carnea tocata, ceapa maruntita, patrunjelul painea inmuiata in lapte si stoarsa, oul batut, sarea si piperul. Facem chiftelutele si le prajim in ulei incins.

Intr-o alta tigaie, rumenim usor faina in unt, stingem cu supa calduta si lasam sa fiarba pana cand se ingroasa compozitia. Adaugam chiftelutele, lasam sa clocoteasca apoi adaugam smantana si condimentele.

Turnam compozitia intr-o tava de yena si o introducem la cuptor pentru 13 minute, pana se rumeneste putin.
