Sos mustar

Ingrediente: 1 ceapa
                      50 ml votca (vin alb sec)
                               150 ml smantana
                               1 lg mustar
                              ½ pahar apa
                              sare, piper
                               ulei
Punem ceapa la calit in ulei pana se inmoaie  si  stingem cu votca. Lasam sa se evapore apoi adaugam smantana si condimentam. Dupa 1 minut adaugam mustarul si ½ pahar apa. Lasam sa fiarba.
